I am an independent curator, writer and producer based in Johannesburg. My work engages with artists, institutions and creatives locally and globally.
My collaborations are based on the idea of the para- as a self understanding entity and on the idea of the interstitial meeting point. Out of that, I create engagements that translate artistic practices and ideas into extended points of access.

A dynamic approach to interaction that transcends traditional collaborative efforts. Rather than mere cooperation, it implies a deeper level of integration and connection among diverse elements or individuals, akin to weaving together the strands of a spectrum. This concept speaks to the idea of embracing and leveraging differences, strengths, and perspectives to create something greater than the sum of its parts.
In this interconnected web of ideas and actions, learning transcends traditional boundaries. It becomes a process of constant exploration, guided by curiosity.

As an independent curator I occupy a unique position within this dynamic landscape. Acting as a conduit between different perspectives and disciplines, I operate within the interstitial space, where traditional boundaries blur and new possibilities emerge.
